Leading S E Europe distributor goes live with Aldata’s Warehouse Management solution at its Serbian Regional Distribution Center in 5 months.
Atlantic Grupa, leading distributor of high-quality consumer goods in SE Europe and one of largest European manufacturer of sports foods and personal care has gone live with Aldata’s Warehouse Management solution at its Serbian Regional Distribution Center in 5 months and with a project team of 18. With Aldata Warehouse Management, Atlantic Grupa is now able to reduce operational costs and warehouse inventory at its Regional Distributor Center in Belgrade, Serbia.
The group also benefits from real-time inventory visibility, improving services levels, customer support times and supply chain responsiveness making the group’s offer even more competitive.
Already using Aldata Warehouse Management System in Croatia at four depots, this deployment in Serbia continues Atlantic’s regional efficiency program to optimize manufacturing and logistics operations. The program will be extended to other countries in the Balkans region.
