Finlandia Hotels and restaurants is a privately owned chain of 29 independent hotels and restaurants, operating in the major towns and cities throughout Finland. The strength of the chain is that unlike international hotel chains, each Finlandia hotel is individual with its own distinctive Finnish flavour and service concept.
The challenge for Finlandia Hotels was to exploit this USP amongst its core business traveller customers and encourage them to make repeat visits to their hotels and restaurants for business and leisure.
Finlandia Hotels turned to Aldata Loyalty due to its availability as a Software as a Service solution. The SaaS application delivers two benefits. First, Finlandia Hotels avoids the overhead associated with conventional software implementations. Second, the monthly fee that Finlandia Hotels pays is based on the number of customers opted-in as members of Loyalty, which means that the scheme funds itself as the membership grows.
