Apollo Customer Support
Apollo customers can access our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system via our Customer Portal. This web-based support service is provided by the best-of-breed software, Salesforce.com, which is available 24/7/365 and is fully integrated with contractually agreed Service Level Agreements:
- Classifications and Priorities
- Support Request and Follow-up Processing
- Response Times and Response Processes
If you already have a user name and password, you can login to the portal by visiting the following link: https://support.aldata.com
If you do not yet have a portal login, but would like one, please click on either the USA or International email link below and include the following information:
- Your name
- Company name
- Phone number
- Products you are using, including version and platform
- Any issues you are currently experiencing
If you do not want a customer portal account, but wish to log a support ticket, you have the following options:

Aldata offers Apollo Space Optimization training workshops to support its suite of products. Workshops are facilitated by experienced trainers on topics such as merchandising, analytics, and total store. Interactive training sessions are held on your location of choice.
